The Company built the first Aluminum Thermal Break Strip Insertion Machine in China in 1998. Since then, ZYA has specialized in research, development and production of Aluminum Thermal Break Profile Production Machines and Assembly Lines for 20 years. 

Zhiyi's Aluminum Thermal Break Profile Automation Production Line has integrated numerous patented technologies with many advanced mechanics (strip insertion, robotic arms, conveyor system, rollers, knurling machines and etc.) to achieve full automation, user-friendly control, and flexible assembly. It is the first fully automatic production line of its kind in China. Its high efficiency and precision can save about 60-70% of manual labor while double overall production capacity and increase production capacity per operator threefold.  Also, it decreases labor intensity and saves raw material significantly. We firmly believe these upgrades are revolutionary for today’s industry and set the trend for the future.
